The DICTIONARY OF EXPRESSIONS section allows you to search for recurring transdisciplinary expressions (or generic collocations) according to their functions in a set of specialized discourses (e. g. first and foremost, to be in good agreement with, more specifically; if necessary, to a certain extent; dabei ist zu beachten, dass, etc.).
First select a discursive function from the drop-down list or by writing a fairly generic word that refers to the function of the expression you are looking for, e. g. hypothesis, model, analogy, rule, objective, thank you, referral, etc. and then click on the "search" button. You can also consult all the discursive functions available by clicking directly on the "search" button without specifying a function.
Once the result is displayed, you can select a specific discursive function by clicking on the hypertext link to view all the expressions corresponding to that function.
